An AI aide for teams already running EOS®.
AIDEOS does the clerical half of the operating system — the notes, the recap, the follow-through — so your leadership team spends its ninety minutes solving issues instead of writing them down.
Illustrative demo · canned data
What it does with a mess.
Monday's notes, Tuesday's recap. This is a scripted example, not a live model — the notes below are real-shaped, the output is fixed.
Editing the notes won't change the output in this demo.
The recap appears here.
Headlines
- Vltava Logistics confirmed for the pilot.
- Two drivers left the Brno depot this week.

Issues, prioritised
- Dispatch is routing by hand when drivers no-show.Blocks the ERP rock and the Brno hiring decision.
- Q1 pricing hasn't been decided.Pushed three weeks running; the contracts renew in five.
- Lead list quality feeding the demo number.Root cause behind the scorecard miss, not a sales execution problem.

It sits in the meeting, not on top of it.
- Segue · 5 Pulls last week's personal and business bests from your own notes so nobody starts cold.
- Scorecard · 5 Reads the numbers you already track and flags the ones that are off before anyone reads the row aloud.
- Rock review · 5 Marks each quarterly rock on track or off, and says which evidence it used.
- Headlines · 5 Two lines on customers, two on staff. Everything else waits.
- To-do list · 5 Carries last week's to-dos forward and shows what got dropped, without anyone having to admit it.
- IDS · 60 Prioritises the issues list and keeps the discussion attached to the issue being solved. It does not solve them for you.
- Conclude · 5 Writes the recap, assigns the to-dos with owners and dates, and sends it before people leave the room.
What we won't do.
-
We won't run your meeting. The system works because people commit to it in front of each other. Software can't do that part, and pretending otherwise is how tools end up unopened.
-
We won't train on your company. Your notes, numbers and people stay yours. Your data is not our product roadmap.
-
We won't sell you a dashboard. If the recap doesn't land in the tools you already use, we've just built another place to not look at.
We'd rather build this with ten teams who run EOS properly than launch it at a thousand who don't.
